About Me

My love and fascination with every body’s innate intelligence and its individual expression is what has drawn me to this powerful work. I have deeply engaged with my emotional, physical and spiritual bodies which directly impacts me as a Somatic Trauma Practitioner. My background as a professional actor, voice over artist, dancer, choreographer, and humanitarian clown, in conjunction with my extensive experience teaching, being a mother and working with my own health history, all inform

my work as a practitioner.
